Applications services

Discuss a defined technical project in clinical flow cytometry, education or data analysis.

Projects to discuss

Technical content and training

Source-led learning material about panel design, instrument setup, laboratory QC, validation concepts and interpretation pitfalls.

Applications documentation

A clearly scoped application brief, workflow explanation or evidence review, with manufacturer statements and limitations identified.

Data-analysis project scoping

Discuss the analytical question, data structure, intended use and validation requirements before deciding on an approach.

Agree the boundaries first

A project enquiry is not a clinical service agreement. Scope, responsibilities, outputs, confidentiality, data handling and acceptance criteria must be agreed before work begins. No diagnostic sign-off, assay certification or regulatory approval is promised.

Do not email patient identifiers, FCS files with identifying metadata or confidential laboratory material in an initial enquiry. Start with a non-confidential description of the problem.

See the approach before you enquire

Explore marker-design briefs, assay-specific MRD reporting and the reasoning behind difficult gates. For a proposal, identify the deliverable you need and the decision it must support; a non-confidential description is enough to start.
