About CFCM
CFCM is an independent publication focused on clinical flow cytometry, validation, technology, AI, data and the industry behind the field.
CFCM is founded and edited by Juan Manuel Ojeda, a freelance consultant and computational biologist based in Algeciras, Cádiz, Spain. It brings together practical cytometry experience, source-based analysis and education. The aim is to help laboratory professionals understand developments in the field, not to promote a manufacturer.

Independence, affiliations and conflicts
Juan Manuel Ojeda has professional experience with Sysmex España in clinical flow cytometry. That relationship is a relevant potential conflict for cytometry-market coverage. CFCM is a personal editorial activity; its opinions do not represent Sysmex or imply company endorsement. The same evidential scrutiny applies to Sysmex, its partners and competitors.
Relevant additional financial support, consulting or commercial relationships must be identified alongside affected coverage. No blanket assertion of 'no conflicts' is made. Employer confidential information, unpublished internal data, client information and proprietary procedures are excluded. Employment-related intellectual property is not claimed as a CFCM asset.
How evidence is handled
We distinguish peer-reviewed research, guidelines/consensus, regulatory documents, manufacturer or service-provider claims, conference abstracts, preprints and CFCM analysis. Public abstracts do not substitute for complete methods. A DOI identifies a source, but does not establish that a claim is supported. Commercial statements are labelled and not treated as independent validation.

Historical report dates are distinct from source publication dates and web revisions. Archive topic records do not imply that every original report claim is verified.
